What if I received a damaged item?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. If your country isn't covered in our shipping selections give us a request and we will try to expand into your region.

Can I gift an item directly to someone else?

Yes, you can send items as gifts. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address, and we can even include a personal message from you on request. Make sure to use your own billing address associated with your credit card. We offer gift wrapping around the holidays. We box your gift, wrap it and then put it in the shipping box. Its double boxed.

You can think of our gift cards like a key, opening up a world of alchemical wonders for your friends or loved ones. Go ahead and give the gift of choice, and rest assured, it will never expire or lose its charm!"

We are committed to ethical sourcing for all our products from third party vendors and materials used to make our products. Our suppliers are carefully selected and we ensure they adhere to our high standards of environmental and social responsibility. In the event animal products are used we go to great lengths to make sure the animal was respected and died naturally and not harvested for use.
